The Last Week or So

Family Happenings since the beginning of April:

1. Round two of My Spit Hurts. Cullen had a second round of antibiotics for tonsillitis. Will it ever go away?
2. Meme finished her first round at our house. She kept Jennifer for us for a few weeks. Thank you Meme.
3. Papa and Nana came to visit. Well, Papa came to visit, and Nana came to stay. She began her round at our house April 7.

We are so blessed to have them help us. They are the best!

4. The Montague Family some very good friends of ours from Florida came to visit. They went to church with us April 6th and spent the day with us. It was great to see them and catch up. Tiffany and Jordie have grown so much.

5. Brent and I caught a stomach virus April 7th. He got the worst end of the deal with a trip to the doctor. Then Mom caught it, next Cullen, and last but not least Jennifer. Our week was not fun.

6. Jennifer turned two months old. She is 10 lbs. and 22 inches long. The doctor said she looks great. She was very brave about her shots. She screamed as they gave them to her, but stopped as soon as Mommy picked her up. Then slept for a long time!

7. Brent went to a conference at the end of the week. He was missed greatly.

8. Cullen turned 4 years old and went to the ENT all in the same day. He will be having his tonsils and adenoids removed as soon as school is out. Poor Buddy!

9. Cullen was given the choice of going any place that he wanted for his birthday dinner. He chose Pappadeauxs. This is the same place he chose last year. He is our high dollar Birthday Boy. He had dirty rice and creme brulee.

We are now back on track and just going along our normal routine.
